Cancellation Policy – Shreedhara Jewels

1. Customer Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation before the order is shipped or fulfilled.

Cancellation is allowed only if:

  • The order has not been dispatched
  • The order has not been handed over to the courier partner
  • The cancellation request is raised within the allowed cancellation window

3. Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may still contact us, and we will guide you based on the order status.

4. Cancellation by Shreedhara Jewels

We may cancel an order if:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Payment is not confirmed
  • Address is incomplete or non-serviceable
  • Order appears suspicious or fraudulent
  • Courier service is unavailable for the provided location

If we cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Product is different from what was shown on the website

Indian e-commerce rules do not allow sellers to refuse return/refund where goods are defective, deficient, different from advertisement, or delivered late except in force majeure situations.

2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Condition

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging
  • With tags, invoice, and accessories if provided

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Used or worn jewelry
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned without approval
  • Minor color differences due to screen/display settings

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Replacement

If a replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement product after verifying the issue and product availability.

7. Return Shipping

If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective, Shreedhara Jewels will assist with return shipping where applicable. For other approved cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

8. Refund Rejection

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • Product is used or damaged after delivery
  • Return request is raised after the allowed timeline
  • Product is missing parts, packaging, or invoice
  • Issue is not verified during inspection
