3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective.

We ship orders through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket and its courier network, including Delhivery and other available courier services.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your order page.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
